Event Management for libraries

Room and Library Resource Booking
Provide members with the ability to search, reserve and manage available library spaces and equipment with Libero’s intuitive calendar-style resource booking system. Once a booking is made, members can export to their online calendar and select a personal reminder either by email or mobile push notification.
For library staff, Libero provides an automated system to define and manage bookings 12 months in advance. Backend configuration includes ability to upload images for promotion, as well as descriptions, available capacity, bookings times and more.
